Rykker Bow bond #3 – (8 Billion) September 2010
Rykker Bow bond #4 – (15 Billion) October 2010
Rykker Bow bond #5 – (10 Billion) November 2010

Chapter 2 – Purpose of the Rykker Bond #6

The goal of this bond will be to raise funds for the continuation and expansion of station trading. Alongside the public funds, ~10 billion of personal funds will be included at the start of the bond with the expectation that this amount will increase or decrease as the bond progresses. All public funds from this bond will remain in station.

Chapter 3 – Business Plan

Station trading. Pure and simple. Public funds will be used in buy low/sell high strategy along with market manipulations and short term to medium term speculation. This venture will be two part as in the last bond with 15 billion in public funds and an initial ~10 billion in personal funds for a total of 25 billion.

Chapter 4 – Risks

Scam. Always a risk in eve and as such needs to be addressed. I will say that I find scamming in poor taste and have no intention of doing so.
Ganking, wardec. N/A – Rykker Bow will not leave station for the duration of the bond unless extreme circumstances dictate the need.

Chapter 5 – Exit Strategy

If trading does not go as expected or sudden circumstances prohibit me from further trading then current buy orders will be slowed or stopped and all interest will be paid as if the bond had reached it’s completion and all ISK from the bond returned to investors.

As in the last bond there will be a 2.5 billion cap per investor.

I realize this is a very high interest rate for a bond of this size and associated risk.
My reason for this is that I’ve always had healthy returns in my business ventures which gives me the opportunity to give back something extra to those who trusted me with their hard earned ISK. So thanks and enjoy the interest!

For the sake of transparency, I run the financing division of the corp I’m in which has a value of approximately 3 billion. Additionally, VV has agreed to do a performance review of my business ventures for the duration of the bond, has all api keys and will post at (or near) the end of the bond.

Feel free to convo me in game with any questions but be advised the investor list is based on post order and I cannot guarantee a spot through convo or mail. The official start of the bond will be Friday so there will be time for any questions you may have.

Regards –
Rykker
